What can I expect in regards to fees.

Our policy where ever possible is to quote one fee for services rendered. This way you will know exactly what your legal representation will cost without being subject to hidden fees and ongoing charges.

 I'm not sure I can afford a lawyer, are you able to help me?

We understand that not everyone can afford a lawyer however we cannot recommend you go to court without representation.

We can check your eligibility to have your matter funded by Victoria Legal Aid and will of course endeavour to assist you regardless of if your eligible for legal aid or not.
