We explain to you the nature of the charge/s being brought against you and try to ensure that you are aware and understand every aspect of your case. If you are in custody we will take your instructions on preparing and attending court on bail applications. When instructed on Family matters we make sure that you have complied with all pre-action procedures prior to seeking the assistance of the Family Court. We then prepare your court applications whether it is for Property Orders or Parenting Orders or another of the variety of orders that can be obtained where appropriate from the Family Court. In providing our advice and skills, we help you navigate the often difficult and complex processes involved in the law. Above all we understand that attending court can be a highly stressful experience. We also understand that court matters are often lengthy which adds to frustration and anxiety for our client as well as family and friends.
